He was born in the town of Milford to the late William and Martha (Moll) Altenburg. Harry farmed his whole life on the family farm. He was a lifelong member of Mamre Moravian Church in the town of Milford and served on the board of trustees and also as an elder. Harry loved all equestrian activities. He especially enjoyed giving horse-drawn sleigh rides during the holiday season.
Survivors include: two sisters; Grace Miller and Linda Hilker, both of Watertown. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Personal information
Fowle is from Miamisburg, Ohio, and
worked in the Moraine, Ohio[3] municipal street department.[2] His wife, Tatyana was born in Russia, and they have three children.[2]
Arrest
In May 2014, Fowle was arrested in North Korea after authorities discovered a Bible he had deliberately left behind in the restaurant toilet at the Chongjin Sailor's Club.[4] Religious proselytism is a crime in North Korea.[1] At the time, Fowle was one of three incarcerated Americans in North Korea and they were individually granted interviews continually pleading for help. September 1, 2014 was the first time these captives were allowed to interview together with two American news stations, CNN and the Associated Press.[5]
Release
On October 21, 2014, Fowle was released and flown out of North Korea on a U.S. government jet.[1] Sweden facilitated Fowle's release as United States and North Korea do not have formal diplomatic relations.[1]

The film is about the visions, memories, and mysticism of a middle-aged woman that help her find the strength to leave her philandering husband.[2]
The film uses "caricatural types and dream situations to represent a psychic landscape."[3] It was Fellini's first feature-length color film, but followed his use of color in The Temptation of Doctor Antonio episode in the portmanteau film Boccaccio '70 (1962). It started with an urgent plea for help late Saturday night as he walked to his car after a State Fair outing with his family.
And it ended with Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett lying in a pool of blood with a broken hand after he rushed to confront a pipe-wielding suspect officials described as a "vicious thug."
By Sunday evening, the suspect was in custody, Barrett was recuperating at a hospital, and his heroics were being recounted on national cable and network news shows.
Barrett, first elected in 2004 and re-elected last year, was struck on the head and torso with the pipe and broke his hand, presumably when he punched the man. As he rested Sunday at Froedtert Hospital, where doctors stitched up cuts on his head and lip, authorities and witnesses explained what happened.
The 55-year-old mayor, his sister, niece and two of his daughters were walking to his car around 10:45 p.m. Saturday in the 8800 block of W. Orchard St. in West Allis when they heard a woman yelling.
Authorities said Anthony J. Peters, 20,
was arguing with his ex-girlfriend's mother, whose cries for help were answered by the mayor. Telling his sister to take his two young daughters out of harm's way, Barrett confronted the man and tried to calm him. When Barrett took out his cell phone, Peters attacked him, authorities said.
Barrett's niece stayed behind and called 911.
"My niece stood there while this was going on saying to the guy, 'The cops are coming,' and ultimately he came toward her but took off when he heard the sirens," said John Barrett, the mayor's brother.

Placing notes in the Western Wall refers to the practice of placing slips of paper containing written prayers to God into the cracks of the Western Wall, a Jewish holy site in the Old City of Jerusalem.It is claimed that occurrence of such a phenomenon dates from the early 18th century and stems from the Jewish tradition that the Divine Presence rests upon the Western Wall. There is however a dispute as to whether it is permissible according to Jewish law to insert slips of paper in to the crevices.[1] Some argue that the practice debases the holiness of the Wall and that the placement of notes should be discontinued.[1]
Over a million notes are placed each year in what has become a custom, not only for tourists, but also for high-profile dignitaries visiting Israel from abroad. The notes are collected twice a year and buried on the nearby Mount of Olives.

The incident at St. Philip Catholic Church in Ozubulu, a town within the country’s Anambra state, occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning, during a regularly scheduled 6:00 a.m. Mass.
Either one man or a larger group of gunmen, depending on various accounts, entered the church seeking a specific individual described in media reports as a local drug baron, after looking for him at his home and being informed he was at Mass.
That man was shot and then a rampage ensued, with indiscriminate fire directed at the roughly 100 worshippers on hand. According to media accounts, several people were killed in the church while others who were critically injured died on the way to the Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital located in Nnewi, the second largest city in the state.
According to observers who say there were multiple shooters, they also described the gunmen as having their faces covered.
The Commissioner of Police for the area, Garba Umar, told media outlets Sunday morning that no arrests have yet been made in the incident, but said police are convinced that the principal assailant was a local, since he was speaking an “undiluted” version of the Igbo tribal language.
The Igbos are the majority ethnic group in southeastern Nigeria, which is considered the country’s Catholic heartland. Nigerian Cardinal Francis Arinze, a longtime senior Vatican official, is a member of the Igbo group.
Umar also said police believe the shooting spree originated in a quarrel between two residents of Ozubulu residing overseas.
In the immediate wake of the attack, some Nigerian observers wondered if there might have a political subtext to the act, since a Pentecostal church in the state was recently stormed by young protestors objecting to an appearance by a gubernatorial candidate.
Those youth were members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, a movement advocating stronger autonomy for the people of the country’s eastern regions. It recalls a secessionist state of Biafra that existed from 1967 to 1970, before being suppressed by the Nigerian military during the Biafra Civil War.
Others, however, suspect the violence on Sunday is related to the local drug trade.
Willie Obiano, the governor of Anambra state, visited St. Philip Catholic Church on Sunday after the attack and vowed that the perpetrators will be brought to justice.
Police were at pains to stress this was not a Boko Haram attack in part because the terrorist group has become infamous for its assaults on churches, especially on Sundays and major feast days such as Easter and Christmas.
Overall, the radical Islamic group born in the country is believed to be responsible for more than 20,000 deaths. However, the heavily Igbo southeastern part of the country has never been among its strongholds.
The police commissioner said the fact the violence erupted in a church makes it especially heinous, saying, “Such conduct shows the people behind the act do not fear God.”

Either one man or a larger group of gunmen, depending on various accounts, entered the church seeking a specific individual described in media reports as a local drug baron, after looking for him at his home and being informed he was at Mass.
That man was shot and then a rampage ensued, with indiscriminate fire directed at the roughly 100 worshippers on hand. According to media accounts, several people were killed in the church while others who were critically injured died on the way to the Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital located in Nnewi, the second largest city in the state.
According to observers who say there were multiple shooters, they also described the gunmen as having their faces covered.
The Commissioner of Police for the area, Garba Umar, told media outlets Sunday morning that no arrests have yet been made in the incident, but said police are convinced that the principal assailant was a local, since he was speaking an “undiluted” version of the Igbo tribal language.
The Igbos are the majority ethnic group in southeastern Nigeria, which is considered the country’s Catholic heartland. Nigerian Cardinal Francis Arinze, a longtime senior Vatican official, is a member of the Igbo group.
Umar also said police believe the shooting spree originated in a quarrel between two residents of Ozubulu residing overseas.
In the immediate wake of the attack, some Nigerian observers wondered if there might have a political subtext to the act, since a Pentecostal church in the state was recently stormed by young protestors objecting to an appearance by a gubernatorial candidate.
Those youth were members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, a movement advocating stronger autonomy for the people of the country’s eastern regions. It recalls a secessionist state of Biafra that existed from 1967 to 1970, before being suppressed by the Nigerian military during the Biafra Civil War.
Others, however, suspect the violence on Sunday is related to the local drug trade.
Willie Obiano, the governor of Anambra state, visited St. Philip Catholic Church on Sunday after the attack and vowed that the perpetrators will be brought to justice.
Police were at pains to stress this was not a Boko Haram attack in part because the terrorist group has become infamous for its assaults on churches, especially on Sundays and major feast days such as Easter and Christmas.
Overall, the radical Islamic group born in the country is believed to be responsible for more than 20,000 deaths. However, the heavily Igbo southeastern part of the country has never been among its strongholds.
